Setting up a Winning Team in a New Industry

What was started by new media entrepreneur Steve Leach (Leach) and his wife Heather Luscombe (Heather) in 1997 in a basement in Edinburgh with just three employees had grown to become a €140 million² annual turnover company in 2008 spread across three continents.³

As of early 2009, Bigmouthmedia Limited (Bigmouthmedia), headquartered at Edinburgh and Munich, was the leader in the digital marketing industry and Leach was the group CEO of the company.
